Returns and Refunds
At Nooras Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for skincare products once delivered.
If you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with your order details. To help us resolve the issue quickly, clear photos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Please note:
- Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products.
- Once your claim is verified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or process a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as items such as personalized products, clearance items, and skincare products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
